NGC891 - An edge-on spiral galaxy in Andromeda. This image is a stack of 12 eight minute exposures using an SXV-H9 CCD camera on a Vixen R200SS 8" f/4 Newtonian reflector, equipped with a Paracorr. This image has been resampled down from its original size of 1396x1040.

NGC891 - An edge-on spiral galaxy in Andromeda. A stack of 16 two minute exposures using a 5" f/6 refractor. Image processing was performed using AIP4WIN. This image has been resampled down from its original size of 1300x1030.

NGC891 - An edge-on spiral galaxy in Andromeda. A stack of 82 twenty second exposures using a 14" SCT at f/7. Fifteen iterations of Richardson-Lucy deconvolution were applied, followed by a Gaussian histogram using AIP4WIN.
