The interacting galaxies known as Arp 271, a.k.a. NGC5426 (lower) and NGC5427 (upper) in Virgo. This image is a stack of 8 eight minute exposures using a Tele Vue NP101 4" f/5.4 refractor. The image was calibrated and stacked using AIP4WIN V2. This image has been cropped down from its original size of 1365x955.
